AHAA is a national coalition of farmers, scientists, manufacturers, store owners, and consumers working together to protect access to hemp and healthy alternative products.

We were built by the industry itself to ensure the people who grow, make, sell, and rely on these products have a unified voice.

We advocate for fair, science-based regulations at both the federal and state levels. Our mission includes protecting consumer access, supporting small businesses, and ensuring responsible standards for safety, labeling, and packaging.

AHAA combines legislative advocacy with grassroots mobilization to defend the future of hemp in America.

Hemp is federally legal, yet many states are seeking to restrict or ban hemp-derived products. Small businesses, family farms, and consumers are caught in the crossfire.

AHAA was founded to fight misinformation, prevent harmful laws, and maintain safe, responsible pathways for adult access.

We represent the entire supply chain. From hemp farmers, extractors, product manufacturers, retailers, and everyday consumers choosing natural alternatives.
