Are Founder Access dues tax-deductible?
No. Dues paid to AHAA, a 501(c)(6) trade association, are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. For questions about your own tax situation, consult your tax advisor; documentation of your payments is available on request.

Are the private legal briefings legal advice for my business?
No. Briefings cover laws, regulations, and strategy affecting the industry and your states generally. They are not legal advice about your specific situation and do not create an attorney-client relationship. For advice specific to your business, consult your own counsel.

Can Founder Access influence how AHAA advocates in my state?
Founder members receive state-focused briefings and strategy sessions, and participate in leadership discussions. Advocacy positions are set by AHAA's member-elected board.

Didn't the deadline move?
Yes. Congress delayed most of Section 781's restrictions from November 12 to December 11, 2026 (H.R. 6500, signed September 2, 2026). One exception: cannabinoids the cannabis plant cannot naturally produce lost federal hemp status on November 12, 2026. State laws may impose earlier or stricter rules.

Contributions to the American Healthy Alternatives Association, a 501(c)(6) trade association, are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Member policy support is educational only and does not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship. AHAA engages in issue advocacy only and does not support or oppose candidates for office.
