The American Healthy Alternatives Association (AHAA) is a national 501(c)(6) trade association for the hemp-derived and healthy-alternatives industry. Leadership Access is for businesses that need to be closer to the strategy, not just informed of it.

Are Leadership Access dues tax-deductible?
No. Dues paid to AHAA, a 501(c)(6) trade association, are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. For questions about your own tax situation, consult your tax advisor; documentation of your payments is available on request.

How do I use the 3 monthly support hours?
Coordinate directly with the association after joining; hours cover policy briefings, readiness reviews, and leadership consultations.

Didn't the deadline move?
Yes. Congress delayed most of Section 781's restrictions from November 12 to December 11, 2026 (H.R. 6500, signed September 2, 2026). One exception: cannabinoids the cannabis plant cannot naturally produce lost federal hemp status on November 12, 2026. State laws may impose earlier or stricter rules.
